Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Handling and Dispatch

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Order cut off time:
    • Orders paid and confirmed before 12:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday)  will begin the dispatching on the same day.
    • Orders paid and confirmed after 12:00 PM GMT will begin dispatching the following working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days
  • Transit Time: Typically 5–7 Business days for UK addresses.
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-9 Business Days
  • Delays: If there are issues affecting stock or delivery (e.g., backorder, carrier delays), we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Note: Fire Bliss cannot be held responsible for unexpected courier delays, weather disruptions, or events outside of our control.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Royal Mail (for smaller items)
  • Secure Courier Service (for larger items)
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. If your order requires a signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries or re-delivery attempts.

4. Pallet & Large Multi-Buy Deliveries

  • Curb-Side Delivery: Stoves, multi-buy deals, or large/heavy items are shipped on a pallet service. The delivery driver is only insured for curb-side drop-off and may refuse to move items further if the conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.
  • Manpower: Please ensure you have sufficient help on hand to move the goods from the curb-side to your desired location.
  • Redelivery or Alternate Address: Additional charges may apply if a reattempt or different shipping address is requested after dispatch.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery because you are unable to accept goods at the listed delivery address.

5. Unforeseen Delays & Liability

  • While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays, weather issues, or stock outages) can arise. Fire Bliss holds no responsibility for these delays once an item has been dispatched.
